Question about Philips PSS110/17 MP3 Player
Make sure you are using Windows XP and Windows Media Player 10.
Also make sure you have installed Musicmatch Jukebox from the product CD.
The PSS110 is not compatible with Vista or Media Player 11.
If you have Media Player 11, then uninstall it, to roll back to version 10.
Also, you need to make sure the player is showing as "GoGear" and not "Removable Drive".
If Musicmatch shows the player as "Removable Drive", go into the options menu and click devices. Click the dropdown menu showing "removable drive", and select "GoGear"
You will also need to run the Philips Device manager and Restore the player, to delete the tracks which the player hasn't seen.
