It seems your OS has been currepted and you need to re-install.

Before re-install try the followings:

1. Boot your system in Command Prompt Only
2. Run SCANREG
3. It will list that when your system was booted successfully
4. Select any one of them and make re-boot.
5. It will be fixed

Otherwise you should re-install.

Thanks

And then, not work, try to change the display card.

This is my problem can u fix it? Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 19BCP1:...

Severe corruption on Windows: the kernel (the core file) is gone.
There is nothing left to do but reinstall. Beware this can be caused by either a failure of the hard disk - in that case the problem will return very quickly and you will have to replace it - or by a virus - use another, better antivirus.

Try running a program called Malware bytes Anti-Malware (google this exact phrase and download and run it). If it does not fix your problem try doing a system restore. If that does not work then try reinstalling windows.

Check the following:
1. If you have installed new devices on your system please remove the device.
2. Update Antivirus and run a full system scan
3. Reinstall Operating System
4. Replace RAM - memory it could be the cause of the problem

let me guess- 'locale id'- if you're in the u.s. or canada, (ntsc video) and you're set for "pal"- most of europe- then that may be your problem- different frame rate!! 60Mhz ntsc vs 50Mhz pal. check it out!
good luck!
