Question about Bosch 24 in. SGV43A03 Built-In Dishwasher
Hi the dishwasher seems to be functioning alright, but the main pump has become very noisy when pumping water to spray arms.Do I need to replace the pump and if so how do you extract the unit from the machine, I am a qualified electrican and have worked on washing machines but havent tackled a dishwasher up to now.
Simply the bearings on the main wash motor need to be replaced. Hardest part is to remove motor from unit. Assuming you have available tools including a medium sized bearing puller you could D.I.Y. bearings can be bought at your local auto spares shop.
