Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My pc shows end program-explorer.exe

First thing you need to scan your hard drive for a possible virus infection.
If the anti-virus cannot find and fix the problem, the explorer.exe file is damaged/corrupted and you need to have it replaced by reinstalling Windows.

Tip

How to remove pen drive when it says cant be removed.

Sometimes u cannot safely remove ur hardware due to virus or a process blocking the pendrive removal.

To remove ur hrdware in that case

Simply start taskmanager
click on process tab and then end the process explorer.exe
now click on applications tab
click new task
enter explorer.exe in the text box then click ok.
Thats it
Now u can remove ur hardware or delete ny viruses in the pen drive manually
To delete virus remember to open drive by using explore.
This also makes the pendrive to format which cant be formatted previously.

I have a laptop dell vostro 1400 intel centrino duo 2,2GHz 3GB RAM Winsows 7, that gives me a black screen any time i try to tur it on

Thanks for providing the system information. I believe the problem you are facing might be due to a program named explorer.exe not starting up. This program is the one which gives you the start menu and shows the desktop. When you see the black screen press CTRL+Shift+Esc key. This should load Taskmanager. Click on File and the New Task and type in explorer.exe and click on OK. That should allow the program to start. If that does not work, there might be an infection on your computer which might require manual troubleshooting. Do let me know if you need further help.

My windows explore has stopped running i have no desktop

To get back the explorer, press [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Esc]. You'll get the Task Manager. Click on "New Task" (Bottom-left of the dialog box). Enter "explorer.exe" (without quotes)in the text field and press enter. You'll get the explorer back.
Do a virus check and have a disk check for errors, so that this won't happen again.

On desktop, connect with IE, but error message pops up

  • Open your IE web browser. Click Tools on the menu bar. Click Internet Option in the dropdown list. Internet Options box will appear.
  • On the General Tab, click use default button for the Home Page. In the Browsing History, Click Delete..., and Click Delete All... button. On the Programs Tab you can make IE as your default web browser. Click "Manage Add-ons" button and Enable ALL the lists and then Click OK. You can also check the boxes you want to change in the Advanced Settings.
  • Update your Active X controls. You can search and download it in google.com
*Note: This takes effect after restarting your Internet Explorer.

Virus? Taskmanager is broken

Doesn't seem like a need to reformat just yet. And, you may not have a virus.

Have you updatd to XP SP3? You can find out by clicking the Windows key +Pause simotaneously in the subsequent popup it should be noted under "System:"

There is a way to repair your installation without reformatting.

Let me know about my above quesions and I'll be happy to get you to a Anti Virus program that scans during Boot Up and also get you started to Repair the OS.

Worldvet
