You may first have to use the jumper on the motheroard itself to reset the BIOS. It should say EEPROM or BIOS next to it. Remove the jumper and put it on the other pins for 5 seconds, then replace in original spot. Make sure that there is no power to the board as it may turn on when jumper is removed.
Also use electro-stataic precautions.
