Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
my sons psp seems to have a problem with the keypad
one on the buttons seems to be stuck in but i can press it and the button responds i think it might be internal
can anyone help
Try taking off the faceplate and replacing the buttons. to do this, remove all the black screws out of the back, and the silver on the bottom. take the battery out, under there is two more black screws, one is hidden under the warranty sticker tho so if its still under warranty, i recomend you take it in. if not, rip the sticker off and take out the screws. the face plate will just pop off, leaving you free to re-adjust the buttons or replace them.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You should contact the repair shop and tell them it failed again, and they need to fix it. I run www.playstationclinic.com and I would take it back and fix it for you. I give a 90 day warranty on all repairs. If you want me to fix your PSP, I will for $30 including Return shipping. Contact me at Repairtech@playstationclinic.com
