Question about Cell Phones
If you mean that your phone has been blocked and it requests a 'PUK' code then I have some advice.
You should imidiately contact the store you got your phone from or the company that made your phone.
Once done, ask for the 'PUK' code and they should give it to you straight away. Job done!
Whatever you do though, do not try to guess your 'PUK' code. This could lead in a total hone block.
This means you will have to either get a new phone or get a new Sim Card. Either way, you would of lost all your files.
