After replacing a bad drum and toner cartridge, I'm receiving a 543: K Toner Sensor Error. It won't go away, we can't print :)

So i know its not a starter cartridge, and i've 'utilized' OKI's site for all its worth. Was hoping someone knew a possible solution. Thanks!

I have a MFC-3240C and was tryting to scan to an immage. (I have done this before without problems.) But tonight it doesn't work; a message comes up in the window that there is a scanner jam, and I should...

Check for a jam in the very top of the machine where the paper is fed into, also in the cartridge bay make sure there are no obstructions. If this fails then the scanning head will need to be serviced. Try Unplugging it for a half hour also, sometimes this can assist in clearing error messages.
Hope this helps Regards GM

We have an OKI MB460 and have a lot of lines on the photocopies and scanned immages where do I need to clean

It seems that the lens on your machine has dust particles. If you will clean the dust from the lens and the glass they will go off. In order to reach the lens (thats a bar) you are first required to remove the glass and then you will be able to reach the lens on the extreme right hand side.

Cannon 6035 - no immage on copy pages

Are you getting a totally blank copy or just very light. If I were you I would cheak to see that the developer Lock is in the right place. It seats right under the developping unit. It should be locked to the Left. It will move the developing unit closer to the Drum unit..Good Luck

Double immage

Most likely the the teflon coating on the heat roller is worn or damaged, or you you have fluctuating thermistor voltage.
Either way the fuser unit needs to be replaced. This should be done by a technician.

Check to see if all your door interlocks are being made. You may have a power supply issue. I also have people test their outlet to make sure you do have power.
