Question about Plantronics Audio™ 350 Headset
I found a solution under the control panel. to configure some settings under the default view of the control panel, use the Ease of Access icon. this does not allow you to see the actual device. by switching to the classic view, use the Speech Recognition Option, which showed that i had 3 microphone drivers installed. all that needed to be done was to select the one i was using as the default.
