Question about Logitech diNovo LX300 Keyboard/Mouse

Keyboard connected to base, but won't type

Hi,

I've had this logitech desktop for a long time. Today, out of nowhere, the keyboard stopped working. The first thing I did was put in fresh batteries, which I tested in other devices - they're good.

The weird thing is, the F-Mode button - when pressed- will toggle the light on the base. Also, the "moon" key puts my computer into hibernate. Unfortunately, none of the other keys seem to work.

Any ideas?

Could be interference from a wireless device using the same frequency. Locate any other wireless keyboard/mice from the vacinity and try it again. Also, push the connect button on the bottom of the keyboard and see if that helps. Also make sure the base station of the keyboard is close enough to the keyboard/mouse.

Remove the software. Reboot. Reinstall software "drivers" Then plug the receiver in. Push the connect button on the receiver, then the keyboard, then the mouse in that order. Hopefully that helps.

Logitech keyboard quit working

hi,

almost every wireless keyboard / mouse has a connect button somewhere. its located on the bottom or on the side. what you need to do is to press and hold on the connect button to synch the device with the transmitter connected to the computer. if the transmitter on the computer has a connect button you might need to press them both at the same time. do the same if the wireless mouse stops working.

Keyboard not recognized

I'm assuming it's a wireless keyboard?

Have you tried "ReSyncing" the keyboard?

1) On the base unit for the keyboard/mouse plugged into the computer press the button on it.
2) Press the button on the bottom of your keyboard.
3) Try to use the keyboard.

You might have to try it a couple of times. That'll fix the problem 99% of the time. The other 1% means your keyboard is dead.

Logitech MX-3000 wireless keyboard not working.

Hi There,

I had exactly the same problem as this, and was able to solve it by turning off "secure mode" on the keyboard (which stopped it encrypting all the keystrokes) by taking the following steps:

1) Press Ctrl + Alt +F12
2) Press connect button on the receiver
3) Press connect button on the keyboard
4) Press escape key
See this post on the logitech forums for details:

Hope this works as well for you as it did for me!
