This means, that either the password is incorrect after all, or the router/access point to which you are trying to connect has some filtering enabled for security reasons - usually it's MAC address filtering, to allow only specified network adapters (hence - computers) to connect. You have to contact the person that set up the router/access point.
Hi, Follow the steps below to configure the below settings:
1. Double click on MA111 icon from the right hand extreme bottom corner of the screen, near the system clock, in the system tray. 2. Click on networks tab. 3. Click on the SCAN button - This will show a listing of all available networks. 4. Select the network you wish to connect to and click on the "CONNECT" button. 5. This will automatically take you back to the settings tab. 6. If you are using WEP security then Enter the WEP KEY under the option 'Enter Key manually' under the settings Tab. 7. Apply Settings . 8. This should get you connected to your selected network. 9. Click on the 'About' tab and check the IP address. 10. If you are getting an IP address in the format of 192.168.x.x, try to go online. 11. If you are not getting an IP or the IP is in the format of 169.254.x.x, restart the computer and then try to go online.

Hi there. Reset the wireless router by removing the power cord from the back of it for 30-60 seconds, then plug the power back in wait for 2 mins then try to reconnect again. If you get no joy please post back for aditional advice.
Is the smart setup (that is automatic setup) does not work, call your internet provider for the exact details (unless you have them) and do the manual setup. You will save time.
do you know who set up your router im guessing its not you as you dont have your wep key if you do have it its easy if you dont you need to connect to your router with a cable to get the wep key once done you mat need to set up your ip address on your laptop it should be 192.168.0.2 with a sub mask of 255.255.255.0 and a default gateway of 192.168.0.1 and a primary dns server of 192.168.0.1
