E10 Blackscreen

I brought a e10 about 5 months ago.. 2 months into getting it just stoped working. I could reset it and it would say "Player update required !!! please refer to manual" So i go to manual does what it says. then nothing happens. My computer cant pick it up since it stoped working and it usually just goes from that screen straight to a black screen.

Only problem is.. my computer isent picking it up =/

WizLooks lo\ike the OS crashed in the player. It is probably asking for a restore procedure. It is located on the CD or in the setup program that came wiht the Iriver.
