I purchased a (tune tools for i pod multi media) and it gives me an error message when I try to download it. Message states, there was an error and it could not be uploaded. could you please help with this, and give me some suggestions, thanks

I Pod's work well with I Tunes download I Tunes and set the software to seek music files on your drive ones you have downloaded my suggestion is pick one download center file to seek when I Tunes searches automatically. HI. You will need to purchase a linking USB cable from the apple store that is designed for your unit. You may be able to purchase the cable from any electronics store, but I prefer to get it from the apple store, if possible. Once you have purchased the linking cable, simply connect one end to the device and the other end of the USB linking cable to the PC. Once the two are connected, the PC will notice the device and try to install the appropriate native software drivers for the unit to operate properly when connected to the PC. If that installation fails, you will need to install the appropriate software drivers need for your Pod unit. I tunes software will work just fine. Once the drivers are active, then you can transfer and upload media as you choose.
Dear dragonfly 111, try to download the latest i-tune on your laptop from the right site, remove your installed older version of i-tune... restart you computer, install your latest i-tune, now try connect your i-pod, make sure you mark your automatic i-tune software update to keep your ipod work at it best...
