HA VE HP DESKJET 3845 PRINTER THAT IS STUCK ON JOB STOPPED. HAVE UNPLUGGED PRINTER AND PC AND RESTARED AND NOTHING CHANGES. HAVE ALSO CLICKED ON RESTART JOBS AND RE-INSTALLED DRIVER.
Have you tried deleting the print job and then reprinting the pages that you need. If this doesn't work, you could try deleting the printer and reinstalling it. Let us know how it goes and good luck!

it is possible that the printer as a ink issue or thinks it has a paperjam, another thing that can happen is that the print sent to the printer become corrupt locking the printer in a "i dont know what to do" state.
try to run a test print through the printer using the internal test, this is normmaly done by holding down the power button till the power light blinks it should then spit out a print (do this while unplugged form the computer)

if the driver has become corrupted it also will send damaged print information to the printer
if the test print works fine than you may need to delete all your queued jobs and then run a WINDOWS TEST PRINT form the driver. if this still does not work reinstall the drivers of the printer
(providing the printer will run an internal print)
Have you tried going to safe mode, turning off the printer and manually opening it at the control panel>printers... try and delete or cancel prinitng at these settings...
