Most servers (including the 600SC) were not designed for use with add-in video cards, thus, there is no jumpers or BIOS setting to disable the onboard video.
No need to change any jumpers. Simply install the new video card and hook the monitor up to the video card. Power up the pc and follow the instructions that came with the new card. After driver installation is complete go to system properties and disable the onboard video there. I own the exact same sever and this is how I installed one. Worked with no problems. The poweredge systems are capable of using add-on video cards. Dell actually posted information on their website as to the type of video cards that would work with these servers. (Back when they where new that is).
