WHAT IS THE BUZZING NOISE COMING FROM TV WHEN DVD IS ON

this type of noise is because some cable connection is wrong (placed or switched) or not complete assembled, check cable connections are according to dvd manual, and also check the tv manual to confirm that all cable connections are according to tv-dvd required connections.
If all wire systems is correct assembled , the next step is un-plug one by one of the dvd connections until detect the cable that is making that noise, and then change it with other, sometimes a defect is located inside the cable and this is the way to detect the defective cable. Remember follow strictly the dvd and tv connection instructions, this kind of noise 95% of the times is for wrong connections.

No video output on all formats with a top bar hum & buzzing

Start by making sure you haven't switched your audio and video connections from the player to the TV (if you're connecting that way).

If the player is hooked up using an RF output to the TV's antenna jack, and you watch it on channel 3 or 4, try switching to the other channel. Most players today have only video and audio outputs, so this might not apply to yours.

If it's hooked up correctly and still has the trouble, there's a component problem inside. But with the low cost of DVD players today, it's less expensive to replace it than to have it repaired. (Most service places won't even offer repairs on DVD players. It's a complete waste of their time.)
