I bought a phone and had it flashed over to cricket and the internet do not work. I went to settings and did everything that was required to do and the internet do not work stillo. Do you have any idea on what I need to do?
Ring your customer services from the phone and ask them to send the GPRS/WAP Settings to your handset, and provide tham with your Mobile Number. They will then send a special text that you accept, install then you turn off phone for 30 secs, and turn on, then all should work!, Kind Regards, ACD

Then put in your phone model and they will send you a code and then another text with automatic installation instructions just type in the code previously set and it should auto set your internet settings.
Hey, I just bought the same phone from ebay, and it was preflashed for cricket too. My phone had the same exact problem. I called cricket technical support at 1-800-274-2538 and they refreshed my flashing while i was on the phone with them. As soon as I got off the phone with them my phone worked perfectly. have you added the data package to your plan?
if you call customer care they with provide you with the wap/tcp settings. they dont care what phone you have... as long as your paying a bill thye are happy.
contact cricket and get there messae centre number of them, enter this into the option on your message settings, also get them to send you a sim update and also a gprs message update this will sort all your problems
you have to dial #*#000000
This will pull up the setup screen.
You will have to get the following info from cricket...a store will tell you.
MDN #, MIN#, and CID#, leave the NID# blank.....then u should be ready to go.
you have to contact T-mobile technical support and have them guide you through programming their internet settings on the phone. although the phone is unlocked the internet settings currently on the phone is for cingular. have them program the same settings as the t-mobile MDA phone (same phone as 8125, shipped for t-mobile)
