Red Dot with dash means that your subscription (Rhapsody) has expired and there may be music that cannot be played on your player. A green dot signifies subscription OK

Keeps repeating

You can simply "set the repeat mode" to OFF:

1. Play the song.
2. Tap the now playing screen.
3. On the Now Playing screen, you will now see play and volume controls at the bottom of the screen. At the top is track information. Under the album title is a scrubbing bar that indicates the time remaining in the song.
4. A small icon that looks like two circular arrows is on the left side below the scrubbing bar. Tap this icon once to repeat the album. The icon will turn blue when repeat is activated.
5. Tap the icon again to repeat the current song. The icon will change to show the number 1 inside a blue circle.
6. Touch the icon a third time to cancel any repeat. The icon will turn white when it's deactivated.

The screen is black except for the apple icon and status circle and i can't get it to do anything.

Try to reset the iPod Touch by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for about eight to ten seconds. Wait for the Apple logo then let go of the buttons.

Hope this helps. Thank you for using FixYa.

How do i delete

You delete programs by holding down any icon on the screen until the icons start shaking on the screen. Then to remove a program, just press the X in the top left of the icon for that program. Pressing the circle button on the phone will put the icons back in normal mode.

Delete songs

plug the mp3 into ur computer with the usb cord then once every thing gits loadedand turned on a window should pop up that has
1.mp3 file (or something like that)(it should have a folder 4 an icon)
2.open windows media player(icon should be a circle with diffrent colors around it with a play sign in the middle)
3.take no action(icon is a red circle with a red line threw it)

pick number 1 witch is mp3 file or the 1 with a folder 4 an icon then when it opens it should have all ur files on it thats on ur mp3 if it dose then click on the 1 that says artist or witch ever 1 has the music that u want 2 delete if it dosent have the files in that folder then ur songs should all be there when u open the folder.i think thats how u do it i know thats how i deleted songs off of my rca h100 mp3 before it turned gay.well good luck i hope it works 4 u.
