Turn off the machine. Hold down the lower right key on keyboard. Turn key to P. Turn on machine. That should clear it out. It will also log you off you will need to log back in. Make sure you correct your mistake

Just a word of caution before you purchase your 16gb SD card. It wont be SD, it'll be a SDHC. (The HC stands for High Capacity)
SD cards don't go larger than 2gb. SOME hardware doesn't support the SDHC format (some 'does' but not very well); so read your manual before splashing out on that card! Better still, try borrowing one to try before you part with your cash.
I have to know whether the machine was unpluged for a long period. If it's then you have to do a complete reset and start from scratch like it come out from the Uniwell. If you like you can give me a call @ 780-429-1262
Look at your printer & find the name ex: (HP, Brother...).
Find model number. (Could be located under printer). Find the serial number. Write these on a sheet of paper. Go to the web site of the Mfg. Located there will be a place to register your printer. I'm almost suprised that when, (if you did) installed the software for the printer it didn't ask you to register after the software was installed. Which (if you are connected to the internet) takes you to the Mfg's site to do so.
