Question about Televison & Video
Purchased a Philips 42" Plasma TV 12-05-2005 totally died 02-2008 I now replaced same TV with a 42" LCD JVC TV and want your company to know that I make sure all my aquaintances are aware of Philips poor customer service and product quality. I am shocked that Philips does not see the value of finding out why your product died after the short time of limited use. You have a worldwide reputation to uphold. ???????????? Mary Lou Vessells
