I have a 93 toyota pickup . just had an engine installed and techs forgot to plug the wires into the alternator/generator. There are 2 wires ,I think ground wires .one thick one and one thinner guage one. where do these connect too. Thanks

ok . There is a wiring harness that plugs into the alternator and two wires. The thicker wire has a boot that fits over top and a connector that kind of sits into slots under a nut. and the thinner stripped one has an eyelet connector , are you sure this is a ground. Thanks
3 wires are on that thinner stripped one, and it gets plugged into the back side of the alternator. The thicker one, is connected on the top of the alternator, and that is the hot wire to battery.
