Question about Canon PowerShot SD300 / IXUS 40 Digital Camera
I've had my SD 300 for 3 years and never had any problems with it. But yesterday (sadly just as my son was being born) I turned the camera on and the viewfinder (or whatever you call the 2 inch screen/LCD monitor on the back of the camera) does not show anything-actually, it shows a white background with a bunch of squiggly lines. I can't get rid of this stuff on the screen--it's as if the screen got fried.
Is there anything I can do for this? I think it may be done for, but I wanted to check if there's some sort of hard reset or anything.
Thank you in advance.
