Question about Lexmark X2470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have installed my new x2470 printer and driver on my HP Pavillion with Vista OS. Every time I try to print in any program, it prompts me to print an alignment page to scan. I have done this 25 times. The test page prints perfectly with both the blue and black inks. THe problem is in the scanning. No matter which way I place the page or where on the glass, it always comes up with an error. I have tryed cleaning the glass...shutting off the printer and restarting my computer and it doesn't fix the problem. I cannot print without this alignment being done and it keeps printing the test page and wasting my ink. Is there any way to bypass this alignment step?
