Can't copy files to and from Windows Media Player

Hello,

I regularly transferred files between Windows Media Player and my Sansa e250. About two weeks ago, I suddently received an error message that read Windows Media Player cannot copy a file from the device to your library. Now this error message comes up everytime I try to transfer any files or even delete files from the MP3 player. Online it says I have a C00D1239 error message. I don't understand what's happening as I have not made any changes to my MP3 player nor Windows Media Player. Any ideas? Thanks.

If the music service subscription that you originally used to transfer these files has expired, then you will get this error message.

Also, you have to fully resynchronize to the original computer yo connected the player to every 30 days.

I have a Sansa e250 but i lost the cd with the software on it. I forgot how to put music onto it, do i have to convert it first? Please help!

Hello,

All support for Sansa e200 players can be found here:
http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4487/session/L3NpZC92WmxVWmRZag%3D%3D/sno/0#e200
Music transfers can be done, connected with the provided USB cable in 2 modes:

MTP = Media Transfer Protocol, when using a software program or Windows Media Player (10 or higher). In WMP10 or 11 select Library or Sync to create playlists and synchronize the playlists with the player.

MSC = Mass Storage Class, when using Windows explorer, viewing the player as a removable disk. Perform "copy and paste" or "drag and drop" actions onto the external USB device (drive letter memory with 2GB capacity).

For pictures and video use software program Sansa Media Converter on the computer. After conversion in SMC transfer media onto the player.

Transfer files from windows media to itunes

Drm-protected files are not convertable by iTunes. You can buy a program that will strip the DRM protection off, but it costs money and it is illegal.

I got a MP3 Sansa e250 MP3 Player.How I can ....

You can use either Windows Explorer or Windows Media Player to transfer the files to your mp3 player. Microsoft's website has great help files on doing this, including video tutorials.

The user's manaul for this product also has instructions - you can get this from Sandisk's website.

MP3 songs are not getting download in sansa e250

you are using the sansa media converter which would only allow the user to transfer pictures and videos to the player. You would be using windows media player 10 or 11 to transfer songs to the player.

Player doesn't display some files

where did you get the songs from? make sure the files are in mp3 file format not in another format and make sure they are playing properly before transferring them to the player. The player can support MP3 and WMA files. IF you are sure they are mp3 format the player using USB mode and then retransfer them to the player.
