I have an unlocked razr v9 and i cannot send multimedia messages but i can recieve them. i was told that the problem was in the settings. can someone please help me fix this?

Well go into message settings and make shure you have the tab for multimeda messaging check..but sence your resiving them id say you do and it is a provider problem

Multimedia Message Service or MMS settings for your mobile needs to be downloaded from your Network service Provider in order for you to send/receive Picture messages....Contact them by SMS to automatically send you the settings for your specific model phone.
i would check the mms/txts message settings number . or contact your network sim card and ask them to send them to your phone so you can send recv text etc.
