I have an Aspen wrist watch, model P-JBEDF. (It has a yellow plastic face.) I can't figure out how to change the day or the month. All I need is the instructin sheet. Can you tell me where I can dowload it's instruction manual?

I have the same problem.

I don't know where you can get an instruction manual but have you tried pulling out the crown where you set the watch half a click. After you do that turn the crown away from you to set the day and towards you to set the month.
