Question about Hotpoint Aquarius WD63 Front Load Washer/Dryer

WD63 washer dryer

HI my washer dryer is taking a long time to fill up. I have checked and cleaned the inlet filters and the valves seem to be getting power. There is a buzzzing noise coming from the rear of the control pannel the water is coming in so slow that the conditioner tray doesn't always empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your inlet valve is not opening properly and needs to be replaced. this is quite a common fault with inlet valves

Maytag Neptune washer stops working, gets nF code. We changed the hoses and cleared the filters, but washer still won't fill properly. What do I check next?

Hi try testing the inlet valve. If you feel confident to try this: 1 disconnect machine from electrical supply 2 switch it on and off a few times 3 remove machine lid and locate the inlet valve 4 remove the two wires from the inlet valve noting which way they go round 5 using a 9v battery connect it to the inlet valve there should be an audible click each time you touch the contacts. If there is no click I would suspect a faulty valve. Hope this helps.

Whirlpool cabrio washer starts to fill and then quits almost immediately and then the LF code comes on. I have run the automatic diagnostic test and the water inlet valve seems to work fine. During test...

Try cleaning your inlet valve filters. Turn off your water supply and remove the hoses from the washer. The filter screens are located just inside of the valves. Just twist them out, clean, and reinstall.

Good luck.

I am getting E10 error code, there is no water going into washer.

Hi

Error E10 in Frigidaire washer means Long Fill. It means that the washer is taking a longer time to fill; it may be due to low water pressure, due to faulty pressure switch or due to faulty water inlet valve. Please try and clean the inlet filter screen. If this doesn't resolve your issue then check the connections at Water inlet valve. Make sure the connections at the fill valve are firm and check the continuity using multimeter. To access the fill valve take the two screws in the back that are connected. Now, pull the back of the cover towards you and lift it off. Check the three multicolored wires connected to the inlet housing that you have to remove. Next remove the two screws on the inlet housing. Now, pull the housing from the detergent cabinet then back towards it to remove the entire inlet unit. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

My whirlpool washer keeps flashing F20

Hi
Error F20 means Water Inlet Problem-no water or insufficient water supply.
This issue can appear due to faulty inlet valves or due to blocked inlet hoses. Also check the filter screen at inlet valve, clean them if they are dirty.
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug the washer or disconnect the power. Now check whether water faucets completely turned on?
Make sure that the water inlet hoses are not frozen. If above things seems to be fine then you would need to replace the water inlet/fill valve.
Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Hi i have a hotpoint washin machine and it kepp showing H20 on the csreen can you please help th model number is WT740

H20 indicates a problem with water supply.
Check the inlet hose/s for restrriction or kinks, ensure water supply pressure is o/k, also check the filter screens in the inlet valves, you will have to turn the water off to do this.

No water going in

To ensure if it is a fault with the washer, disconnect the supply hose(hoses) to the washer, having first turned off the water to the washer, lay the hose (hoses) into a bucket or similar, and turn water back on,if supply o/k, then fault is in the washer, could be faulty inlet valve (valves), or programming prob.
Check filters in valves.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

Sounds like water pressure could be low or inlet pipe is kinked.

F04: possible filling or water level problem. Check water inlet pipe (or shut-off valve), or the outlet pipe, or the pump or pump filter if accessible (check for blockages or foreign objects). Also could be the water valve solenoid weak, causing filling to be too slow.

F05: possible draining (pumping off) problem, check the pump filter, or pump, outlet pipe, or U-BEND.

Dryer not wrking - letting in water

Does the water come in all the time? If so turn off each supply line faucet to identify which line is leaking and take that valve inside the washer apart and clean it out, if not completely replace that module. Let me know more about what exactly is going on.
