Question about Radio Shack VGA PC Camera Webcam
You probably have a manual focusing webcam, there should be a ring around the lens (a black one if it is the same as the one in the picture).
Open up a program which uses your webcam so you can see what it is seeing, rotate the ring all the way left and right until the image is sharp.
Make sure you are the distance away from the webcam that you will be when you use it or it won't be correctly focused.
