Hi,

You need to download the appropriate drivers from the Lexmark website and install it in to your PC. Once their homepage has opened up, pls move your mouse over to the "Drivers & Downloads", click on "Driver Finder", Enter your printer model in the "Search for your Printer by Model Number" and click on "GO". Click on your Operating System. After successful download, click the file to install. Pls follow on screen instructions.

Reinstalled zebra printer on different computer

the printer is set to the wrong mode, do a reset on the printer to default settings, or factory reset, but you could have installed the wrong drivers for your printer from the install disk you got if it was working before you installed them, so uninstall and let your computer automatically install standard drivers for it or if you need to install the exact drivers, do just that from the install disk, make sure you know exactly the model of your printer

Downloading and installing.

Remove printer from 'printers & faxes'.

Uninstall printer software from 'add & remove' programs.

Disconnect the printer from your computer.

Reboot your computer.

Install the printer software that you downloaded. Connect printer to computer following on screen instructions.

go into device manager and delete your drivers for printer. then reinstall drivers from disk. or download drivers from manufator and reinstall.
