Question about Audio Players & Recorders
We need your manufacturer and model number to be of maximum assistance, but the most likely possibilities are:
1) The file is not in a format recognized by the player - if you have an mp3 player that only plays mp3 or WMA files, then it will not play iTunes files, for instance
2) The file you are transferring has DRM encryption, and your player does not support DRM-encryption (or the reverse - the file does not have encryption, and needs to be encrypted)
