The Wireless LAN drivers for you device is not installed or you have installed the incorrect drivers for the device for your OS.

Make sure the correct drivers are installed on the computer. The computer cant recognize a device if there are no drivers installed.

Check sound device is enabled in BIOS

Your device drivers aren't compatible with windows 7. Can you connect to the internet via cable?? If yes run windows update, this should find updated drivers to run with windows 7

To install the drivers for this device, on the Drivers tab, click Update Driver. This starts the Hardware Update wizard.

If this step will not work, try to locate the CD that came with your device.

check the device whether it is detecting or not , in device manager check if there is any yellow mark on any device, if its not it means your device is not detecting take it to the technician then

Hello there.

As the errors say, there are no drivers installed to make the motherboard function correctly. Your Windows Operating System only knows so many drivers. So what i recommend is to download and install the drivers for your motherboard.

The drivers you need on that page are as follows, please install them in this order as well or it may not work correctly.

This will install the drivers for your Chipset, Video, Network, Audio and USB.

Afterwards everything should appear as installed in device manager.
