I have installed the Kodak Easyshre software into my computer but I cannot upload any photo's or video clips from my camera. Each time I try it tells me I am not connected to the internet and I am, I have e-mailed twice and had dfferent replies, also I was to to go to Gallery and press express uploead but it still does not work, can you help please?
