Dryer trys to start but when stay running

Heavy Duty Series Dryer (Elec) Model 96576200 when pressing the start switch the dryer sounds like its starting to run but wont stay on when you release the start switch it shuts off after several attemtps at starting dryer the dryer will make no noise at all and appears to not work, wait a period of time and try it again and it will start and can be used for 1 or 2 cycles and then the issue repeats its self.

That to me sounds like it is getting hot and quitting. If the wheels or idler is stiff that could be causing it to get hot and quit. Can you turn the drum easy?If it feels stiff I would inspect the rollers and idler. I have some repair photos HERE

The switch is probably bad or the door switch isn't being made by the door pin some machines will start with the button pushed and the door switch open.

Gas Dryer blowing cool air and will not heat up.
