Question about Motorola Mobility H700 Wireless Headset

Battery needs replacement

Very useful advice...Not quite... It is obvious the battery needs replacement so How you replace the battery? How do you snap the casing of the H700 and get to the battery?

I tried what you said but that is not a battery that you could find in the store. I need better solution

My H700 works for the first time I open the boom after its green light sais it's fully charged, but as soon as I close it, and re-open, it will not connect to my phone again, and the light shows up red when I re-plug it into the charger. The light turns green again within a minute, but won't connect with the phone unless it's been charging for at least 5 min after it turns green. I'm assuming this is a battery issue, which is frustrating, since it is a brand new device.

Unfortunate, I have a similar problem for a client of mine. The battery eventually dies after use, and is sometimes "BAD" on date of purchase. There is no fix as of yet, as the batteries are Li-ion, they are specially made for Motorola. Thus the odd voltage, 3.7 volts. You could put together several batteries together with a resistor on it, but I don't think you will like the results. Sorry, I've tried every thing I could to fix it, unfortunately if you don't have a broken headset to cannibalize from, you are screwed.

Hi alvaring

Use a med/thin guitar pick and slip it under the edge of the casings and run it around the perimeter to snap open the casing locks. This method works for all snap together devices, and I have not found a better way yet!! Good luck. A FixYa rating would be great for this bit of knowhow..

regards
Graeme

Replaced battery now there is zero juice

Don't assume that a new battery is ok. Personally, I've fitted a new battery to later discover that it was that new battery at fault.

However, it's quite rare ..

If your battery is discharging very quickly irrespective of whether the engine is running or the car is parked - suspect the alternator. Inside the alternator there is a rectifier pack - diodes - if this fails it can allow your battery to discharge very quickly - sometimes within a minute or two, quite literally.

If you can, disconnect the leads from the back of your alternator and charge your battery. Reconnect the battery but not the alternator. If your car starts and continues to start without the battery going flat - your alternator is at fault.

The only other fault that can cause a healthy battery to discharge is a parasitic drain - something is remaining 'live' after the engine is switched off and draining your battery power.

If you drive your car to a spares shop/auto electrician they will be able to tell you within a minute if your alternator is the problem.

Tablet will not charge and will not turn on at all thinking battery has went bad how do i get this fixed--Janie Anders

Actually it might be the charger or even the cable. The problem with some tablets is tha battery is not "user serviceable". So, my advice is that before taking to repair your tablet, check the chager. Some chargers are quite standard, same as used by cell phones. No idea what kind of a charger does your unspecified tablet uses.

If you can replace it, ok. If no, check output at any service store; they have voltimeter to do it.
If definiitively is the battery, verify the cost of replacing it. Some tablets are really cheap and to change a battery might cost you more then a new tablet.

WHY DOES MY KAWASAKI 19.2 DRILL BATTERY WANT STAY CHARGED IT HAS NOT BEEN USED ABOUT 5 HR N 2 YEARS IHVE ALLWAYS HAD 2 CHARGER IT EVERY TIME I USE IT IT WANT STAY CHARGED LONG

Hello friend,
These sort of batteries need to be charged discharged quite often. ALWAYS read the manufacturers advice when you get a new one. If you dont charge it properly first time then it will NEVER work at full capacity.and will not last a long time
It appears your battery is now finished and will not hold its charge for long. All you can do is replace it ...sorry.

My prs200 watch stops now and then... replaced the battery but still continues to have this problem

Even the best watches need servicing time after time. Obviously there is no battery fault, but something related to mechanics or electronics in your watch. Get advice from watch repairer.

The battery indicator of my Inspiron 1420 flashes amber and blue indicating that the battery is too hot to charge. Obviously the cooling fan is stuck. can anyone help me where I can buy a replacement...

It is not obvious that the cooling fan is stuck. If the battery flashes amber, amber, amber, amber, blue then repeats, the battery has an internal failure and needs to be replaced.
The cooling fan only cools the CPU and the graphics, not the battery.

I have a ge 7 Day Indoor in-wall Programmable Digital Timer Model # 15086 and I have nothing showing up on the screen. Any advice?

The instructions say, "Note that the screen blanks if the battery is discharged completely." It will probably charge when you install it.

I cannot get one of the radios to turn on. I've tried a good battery to no avail

Your fuse is blown, not sure if you can replace it.
Some of our radios you have to take quite a bit apart to get at the fuse and replace it.
