TRY TO INSTALL THEM MYSELF, AND NO INDICATOR LIGHT. DO YOU PLUG THE ORIGINAL HEADLIGHT PLUG INTO THE HID BALLAST OR DO YOU PLUG IT INTO OTHER PLUG FRIST AND PLUG THAT INTO THE BALLAST.OR COULD IT BE A FUSE SOMEWERE.THIS IS A 95 CAMRY XLE-4 CYLINDER.

it very well could be a fuse. that is easy enough to check with a volt meter. check for continuity across the fuse. or justv replace it
