Help, Janome Ezy Lock 304D Overlocker!

Hello, have been searching high and low for instructions on how to thread a Janome Ezy Lock 304D Overlocker. I tried to follow the tiny diagram on the machine but wound up snapping a needle. HELP!!!!

I have threaded my304D in the right order but every time the upper looper thread magically unthreads itself. I don't know how it is even possible as how can something come out of a solid metal hole when you are holding the end of it. Not possible.

Its driving me insane. If anyone has any idea what might be happening I would greatly appreciate it.

Although the tension units on your machine are of a different configuration, always thread from the right spool first and then each one to the left.........ONLY in that sequence !

now take a look at this sewusa site for a better view of the actual routine through the thread guides.........as I say, the tension units are different, but the sequence is the same, just use the image from above to see which one is next........this chart, just as the one on the fold down cover of your machine need to be followed one thread at a time from R to L

Go to Yahoo or Google and type the name, model, and serial number and manual. You should get a list and you can copy it and print.

After threading the threads are still 4 staight threads, they are not knitting

is this a knitting machine or a serger?
if it's a serger try checking to see if the needles are in backwards
if they are in correctly then try some new needles

It doesn't look like there is anywhere to get this manual for free. But you can buy it for $15 from a website.
