I does not work maybe your wallet pix does not support the format your picture you just download. try to see what file format does it support. and check if the picture you download is compatible with the supported file format.

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

I am trying to scan an old photograph Wallet size and transfer onto 10 x 15cm photo paper and i do not have my instruction manual. I am able to transfer photo but it not transfering to 10 x 15cm size it...

On your printer options menu, choose advanced options and from there you'll be able to size the picture to whatever size you wish. Now there is a question of resolution, when you scan the picture choose the hihgest resolution you can otherwise the picture will come out all pixelated. Good luck, Dana

Red Eye

i have a suggestion,

you can use Picasa2 to get rid of the red eye from your pics. however, this is installed on your computer and whenever you will take pictures, there will still be red eye. Picasa2 is very easy to use and you can get rid of the red eye in only matter of seconds.
