If your freezer temps are ok, it may just be that your gasket is getting older and it becomes more porus as it ages. The vacume sound doesnt really mean alot except that the difference in the room temp and the cold of the freezer create this vacume.
a 6ya Repairman can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

In 90% of the times, from my 5 years experience with subzero repairs, it will be leaking evaporator coil, compressor will run longer then suppose to (it still might keep temp). But first You need to check on all fan motors if they run. Also visually check if there is any snow or ice builds up in freezer and refrigerator compartments. if everything looks normal, then You need a serious repair. Here is video I made how to replace evaporator coils. Hope that was helpful!
I believe you need the Sub-Zero Service Manualto answer your questions. Your model is listed in the manual which explains how to cause the forced defrost electronically. I believe it is done through the keyboard as defrost on your refrigerator in electronic and not done with a typical defrost timer that you will turn. I may be able to answer a few of your questions, Thanks John Tripp Appliance 911
Hi this is the drain tube sucking water back up through, this is caused by the vacuum inside the refrigerator that is formed when the air condenses, not much you can do about this sound its fairly normal.
the drawer need to be adjusted so that it will close.. with a air leak you will have frost build up around the drawer...there are drawer closers on the back of the rails... it may be broken or just pushed the wrong way...when the freezer is cold it should make that sucking sound and be hard to open ... hope it helps
I have seen this many times and have fixed the problem many times. You may notice a ball of frost or ice build up in the fresh food compartment, This is because you have a leak in your evaporator coil and it needs to be replaced. It is a pretty costly repair but well worth it in consideration to what you paid for this unit or what the cost of a new one would be. Because it has less freon in it is why the compressor is running longer and causing message to pop up. Have the evaporator replaced in the section that is giving the issue and this will solve your problem with the unit.
