Question about Kitchen Ranges
Remove drawer entirely. and one side at a time try reinstalling the rear wheel over he fixed (mounted wheel on unit. one side at atime with drawer empty, always easier.its gonna take some fiddling but it'll go. if it falls off track regularly then its possible that the lower frame of unit has bent and might need a little "persuasion" to line up correctly

Hello Dan, thank you for your post!
I understand that the bottom drawer of your Electrolux range will not close and it partially open. It is possible that your rail or drawer may be damaged or blocked. I would recommend pulling the drawer out to inspect it. If you pull the drawer out there should be tabs on the side to unlock in order to remove the drawer fully. The model number you have provided is invalid you can locate the model number on the serial tag. The serial tag can be found on the frame of the drawer. I look forward to assisting you. -Matt
