Whenever I try to sync songs to the device, at about 8% of syncing, it says the device is not responding. The error code is C00D124D if that helps at all. I've tried multiple times to sync songs to it but it fails every time. I hope that someone can HELP !!

Thanks for suggestion, but I have already tried it. I believe it is something to do with USB port. I have an old fashioned desktop with unappropriate (i reckon) USB ports and a relatively new notebook with USB ports which may not be as powerfull as deskop's. I will try with a new desktop with full power USBs to understand if USB port is the problem.
Any other solution meanwhile?
