Question about Philips GoGear HDD075/17 MP3 Player
On my old computer the device worked well. I recently bought a new computer (using Windows Vista). I downloaded the Gigabeat Program with no problem - the program opens to the Gigabeat Room and it recognizes the music on my PC and on CD's, but it does not allow me to open the gigabeat device (to see all my music on my MP3). What can I do to get my computer to recognize the Gigabeat Device so that I can get back to putting music on it??
If u check your windows media player it won,t acknowledge it. If i remember right it will not work with windows media player 9 and up try media player 7 if you can find a copy.

Check the manufacturers website for specific Vista drivers.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
