When installing AIO Software the status bar gets just about to the end and then it comes up "AIO Software encountered a problem and must close", I can't even get to where you plug the usb cable in. I've tried installing the software from the disc and from the web and neither work. I've unistalled the program between installations through add/remove programs and through the Kodak Clear program, doesn't make a difference. Anybody have any idea what's going on?

-   I have tried to install this software time after time to end up with an error message at the end of the instalation. Kodak has not seen fit to supply a solution. All I need are the DRIVERS NOT THE AIO software.-   jkahn241

Help!!! Wife in a tirade over this. She can't scrapbook.
I know it's late for an answer to this problem but hopefully it will help someone out there!
I had exactly the same problem but thanks to me knowing someone in Kodak from when I worked there, I was able to finally elicit a solution. In fairness, the problem is really associated with Microsoft (surprise, surprise) and the solution is spelt out in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968001 in my case under Section B (Windows XP). There are a number of registry entries to check and in my case there was a string value WlNotify.dll missing from DLLName (note that it is a lower-case L between the W and N!). I also had a string entry called OldName ironically, which contained the value WlNotify.dll, I wonder where that came from? Anyway, after a final run of the Kodak Clear Utility and a reboot and running the aio_install.exe from the Kodak web site everything came right.

Don't use the easyshare software, I had the same problem when I first installed my printer. Let windows find the printer and point the found hardware wizard to the disc, it might take a while to find all the different drivers since they're scattered in different folders, but at least you'll be able to print, scan, etc.
