Dont know what happen but my player just want turn on-help please and when I plug it into my computer its not reconized as a device.

I had a similar experience with my Sansa Clip MP3. It wouldn't come on at all, and when I connected it to my computer, a malfunctioning error came up. After browsing the net, I saw a suggestion to fix the problem.

Simply, you must slide and hold the power button for about 15 seconds. This should reset it.
Try to put it on again and it should work! Goodluck!
