Hello, I have an LG lcd rear projection tv and parts of the screen are turning blue, do you think it's just the bulb or the light engine?

Hey there first of all your tv is a lcd rear projection set, this tv's don't have a light engine system, they use a optical block

whats happpening is that one of your lcd chips is burning out and this problem will start to get worst, to be honest with you it's very hard to purchase just the LCD chips, you need to buy the optical block to fix your set, also the bulb has nothing to do with the color the bulb just shoots out light.
