Question about Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 Webcam
I currently use a Logitech Webcam Pro 4000 with my IBM Thinkpad X41 Tablet PC computer. It works with my computer, with GoToMeeting, SightSpeed, Skype, and Tokbox. The problem is the hassle of trying to take the Pro 4000 with me when I travel or am away from my office.
I have tried other Logitech Webcams (e.g., Pro 9000). The camera installs OK and I can see myself on the screen. However, when I tried to connect to SightSpeed or TokBox, the picture moves in slow motion and the sight/sound do not sync up.
Can you have two camera loaded onto your computer at the same time? Any idea what I may have done incorrectly to get this type of result.
I'm running Logitech ImageStudio 7.3 on my laptop. The 4000 works fine. When I installed the Logitech 5000, I could not get it to work properly. The software changed a lot from the Logitech 4000 software.
Can you help?
Hi Rick, Are the drivers updated on the webcam? See: http://tinyurl.com/ah9p8f
