Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 350 All-In-One Laser Printer
We upgraded from Verizon DSL to Verizon FIOS yesterday and everything is "re-networked" and the copier will print from our computers but no luck with the scanner. It seems the scanner function is being blocked or something....maybe a firewall setting or something??????? Anyone have any suggestions.
Unless you are scanning to e-mail in which case you will need to put in the SMTP mail server settings into the admin section of your network settings.

Yes if your scan to email it needs a new smtp server connection but even if you are scan to folder the new router could have changed addrsses
