Pictures show up on Win Zip but cant pull them up on photo viewer to sync them.?

Use the "Extract" button in WinZip to move the picture files to a temporary folder on your computer. Once you do that, Photo Viewer should see them. This will help.Good Luck.

There is a problem with the auto-extractor.

Manually extract the files from the downloaded file using Winzip and extract to a new folder. Then run Setup.exe from that folder.

Also, make sure that your Temp folders have been cleared out.

3. DONT RUN SOFTWARE YET
4. connect keychain to usb
5. on keychain select: USB update

software won't install coby photo viewer key chain
You need to make sure the usb cable is in all the way to the viewer. You have to push it hard. No silver showing. Always need the viewer plugged in first before starting the viewer program. After that it is pretty simple.
