Your ps2 lens needs cleaning 1.Open your ps2 (if its the fat one) if its slim you should be able to see it just by opening the cover lid 2.Use a cotton swab w/ alcohol or lighter fluid to slightly rub the lens just cleaning it
3. Put the cover back enjoy! 4. If still doesn't work pm me.
Haha i understand your distress :) if your slim ps2 is not turning on, first check and make sure that all your wires and stuff are all plugged in to EVERYTHING. also, make sure your outlet works too. corroded electrical outlets wont work. Also, make sure your PS2 cooler is not blocked in any sort of way. if you need any more issues, just ask :) ~~RJ~~
I heard the psp slim is pandora-proof. you might need to exchange that for the original psp. and i have an original psp. i get that error code 80410A0B thing or w/e. your not going to able to fix the problem. you should just sell your psp and buy a refurbished one.
you may have updated your psp to a original firmware not a custom firmware. my advice would be to if you have a pandoras battery to use the recovery menu (turn your psp off completely and then turn it on holding the L trigger) to downgrade back to custom firmware.
You can get another case on Ebay for a relatively low cost. Here is a clear shell for your Slim Go to this url
