If you have drained the spa latly and refilled you could have an air lock keeping the heater dry. Simpley find the drain valve under the spa and open it till it run's water. This should help the problem by letting the pressure even in the pipeing and flooding. Good luck.

I've got a Maytag with a similar issue.. Try this: Take a 1/2 cup of automatic dishwasher soap powder (Such as Cascade) and toss it into your washing machine without any clothes in it.
Run a whites, hot water cycle with an extra rinse to see if this will break down some of the buildup and remove the smell. You may want to run a second cycle without adding soap to clear the drain lines.

The only water that can come out of the freezer if the water is turned off is defrosted ice that cannot go to the tray at the bottom of the machine since the drain hole is blocked. See if any water is in the tray under the machine. Probably dry as a bone. If so carefully remove the back panel in the freezer, after you have defrosted some of the ice buildup. If you find lots of Ice the defrost circuit isn't working. If you find frosty ice the circuit may be OK but the drain blocked. You MUST melt ALL ice on the coils, and in the drain pan below the coils. Use a turkey baster to shoot hot water into the drain hole until it is free of ice and water flows freely into pan below. Find the defrost thermostat and turn it manually with a screwdriver and see if the defrost heater gets hot (be careful, gets very hot) timer should turn very slowly when powered. If not hot but timer turns on its own the defrost thermostat is probably defective.

YES IT SOUNDS LIKE IT'S THE ELEMENT OR MAYBE A WIRE HAS COME OFF THE ELEMENT FROM VIBRATION,

the water in the bottem of the machine under the mesh filter is normal. it acts as a lubricant for both motor impeller and drain propeller. if its greasy then try using only 1 tablespoon of powder soap from now on. now if the water level is ever above the mesh filter after a complete cycle, then you have a drain problem

I would get a pipe cleaner or wire and clean out the rest of the drain hose. also use HOT water down the drain. untill all the water drain thru the hose.

after you get it clear run a wire down the drain and wrap it around the heater .. heat from the wire will keep it clear of ice..

Hello, sounds like your cold water feed hose has got a kink in it. The machine needs cold water to condense the steam. Just pull out the machine and slowly slide back into place.

two things to check take rear half of cabinet off and check the dryer duct (lhs from front) is not blocked. this is very common check water is being taken in during dry - the water is used to condense steam from the drying clothes. easiest way to check this is to see that some water is being drained during the drying cycle. i assume that drain is operating ok
