The rinse aid must be going somewhere. Look for a puddle and trace back to source.

Usually goes into an unscrewable topped container next to where the detergent blocks go. You squirt the liquid into there, and rescrew top in.

the low light refers to the rince aid being empty. fill it back up and the light will turn off

Where to put Rince agent ?


there should be an oval shaped hole on the right, a small one, with out without a cap.... fill it with just a bit of rinse aid. it might or might not spill out but it will work..

Dishwasher beeping when you put it on rince or wash. checked water is on rince aid is full & salt is full


check to see if there is any sign of water leakage from the machine {usually from the rear} if the base is sealed it could be that the machine has gone into safe mode due to the machine thinking its got a water leak{some make and model dish washers ahve anti flood switches fitted to the base of the machine.

forget the built in rinse aid, it only works for a couple minutes during the whole wash cycle. go out and buy the rinse/aid or jet/dry package that hangs on the racks and works during the whole cycle. of course use only cascade powder soap and sparingly.

check the salt cap is not split and tight. if this is o.k try to empty out the salt and use 3 in 1 tabs as they contain salt and rince aid

Machine blocks at rince cycle


running empty or full makes no difference. problem may be not draining to test this, put some water in appliance from a jug then start the cycle. (first action is to drain) see if water disappears. get back to me if you wish
